Increasingly, consumption patterns and the retail business are becoming truly global. Taubman Asia is the platform for our future expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, extending our retail real estate expertise. We are evaluating projects in the region’s dynamic, growing economies that leverage Taubman Centers’ strong retail planning, design and operational capabilities. We are also collaborating with experienced and innovative local partners. Taubman Asia is headquartered in Hong Kong, and is led by Morgan Parker, who joined Taubman in 2005 from his position at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s retail investment and management businesses in Asia.
