Las Vegas, Nevada
Opening 2009
MGM MIRAGE is developing a dazzling $8 billion vertical city-within-a-city in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts. Taubman is leasing the project’s 500,000 square feet of luxury retail and entertainment. Featuring dramatic designs by eight of the world’s foremost architects, CityCenter will also include approximately 2,650 private residences, three non-gaming boutique hotels including the Mandarin Oriental, and a dramatic 61-story, 4,000 room resort casino. The entire project is scheduled to open late 2009.
