Taubman Asia has acquired a 25 percent interest in The Mall at Studio City, the 600,000-square-foot luxury retail component of a multi-billion-dollar integrated gaming resort in Macao, China. A luxurious, world-class resort, Macao Studio City will bring the best international retail, hotel, entertainment, gaming, and dining experiences to the world’s hottest tourism and gaming market. Taubman is providing development and leasing, and will manage the retail component, considered by international retailers to be one of the most important luxury shopping locations in the world. The resort's world-class hotel brands include Ritz Carlton, W, Marriott, and The Tang Hotel.
