M Resort will be the dominant high-end shopping destination in booming south Las Vegas. The mixeduse project—including resort, casino, spa, and conference meeting space—is being developed by Anthony A. Marnell III and MGM MIRAGE. Taubman will develop, lease, and manage M Resort’s approximately one million square feet of upscale retail/entertainment offerings. The 90-acre site is adjacent to the robust affluent household growth occurring in the southeast and southwest sectors of the market along the I-15 corridor and south toward the region’s future-planned international airport. Population is growing in the M Resort trade area at nearly double the national average.
